A light, crisp lettuce salad topped with our renowned Gai Yang (BBQ chicken). Add some grape tomatoes and cucumber and your choice of salad dressing (the incredible house dressing (Thai Style), Sweet Soy, or Peanut sauce dressing). And hey, we’re flexible—change out the Gai Yang for Moo Yang (BBQ Pork), then of course its Moo Yang Salad.
