Select two choices. Served w/steamed jasmine rice and Por Pia Tod (Spring Roll)

BBQ MEATS

Moo Yang – BBQ Pork | Don’t let the “moo” fool you, this is pork – tender, spiced, grilled pork rubbed down with classic Thai spices and then topped off with a ladle of sweet Thai-style barbeque sauce. Giddy up.

Gai Yang – BBQ Chicken | Now this is Thai food. We take a whole chicken breast and kick up the spice factor with a marinade of sweet and exotic Thai spices. We grill it through and through, and yes, we serve it up with the peanut sauce that made peanut sauces famous.

SOUPS

Moo Pha-Lo | If this soup were poetry, it would be a haiku: Five Thai spices, Seven chunks of roasted pork, Five flavors to love. (Check it, yes, that’s actually a haiku – and oh yes, the soup is good).

Tom Kha Gai — Coconut Soup | If Jimmy Buffet had ever visited Thailand, he’d have written a song about our coconut soup. Coconut milk combines with chicken, bits of kaffir lime leaf (of course) add lemon grass, galangal, mushrooms, green onion and cilantro for a soup that’s delicious in any port. It’s on its way to being world famous. (V)

Tom Yum Gai — Spicy and Sour Soup | Daring to go beyond “sweet and sour,” this chicken and mushroom soup adds a deliciously spicy element as lime essence embraces a Thai chile, creating an incredible experience.  Some call it a passionate dance on your tongue. (V) (S)

CURRIES

Gang Keow Wan — Green Curry | a.k.a. “Bend it Like Beckham,” this green curry dish has a real kick to it that bends itself around the flavors of sweet coconut milk and bamboo shoots, bell peppers and sweet Thai basil, along with tasty chicken. (V) (SS)

Gang Dang — Red Curry | a.k.a “Posh Spice,” this red curry dish is what you really, really want. Chicken with coconut milk and bamboo shoots, bell peppers and sweet Thai basil. (V) (SS)

Gang Ga Ree — Yellow Curry | You don’t often see coconut milk and potatoes sharing top billing, (they’re notoriously jealous of each other) but be glad they set aside their differences and came together for this delicious yellow curry dish.  We add chicken to this tenuous, yet very productive, working relationship of coconut milk and potatoes. (V) (S)

Gang Massaman | The famous Massaman gang in Bangkok is known for cooking this delicious massaman curry dish and feeding it to public officials in lieu of a cash bribe. With coconut milk, potatoes, carrots roasted peanuts and chicken, it’s a delicious offer you  can’t refuse. (V)

Gang Panang | The cross-town rivals of the Massamans, Gang Panang is gaining territory (and bribed officials) with its spicier panang curry. Like massman curry, panang curry also comes with coconut milk, but with bright bell peppers, chicken and sweet Thai basil. Okay, we made that stuff up about the gangs, but either curry dish really is delicious. (V) (SS)

WOK-FRIED

Gai Pad Gra Prow — Thai Basil Stir-fry | Perhaps you know that basil is one of the most common and favored herbs. What you may not have known is this dish may be the reason why. We wok up fresh hot peppers, bell peppers, garlic cloves and classic Thai basil with your chopped chicken. (S)

Gai Pad Kra Thiam — Garlic Stir-fry | Black pepper is the original spice, and it does wonders at drawing out additional flavor from the thinly sliced chicken. We also include chopped garlic, bell peppers, baby corn, mushroom, green and yellow onions, and cilantro. Certainly one to try—not spicy, but packed with flavor.

Gai Pad Khing — Ginger Stir-Fry | Oh the sass! Oh the tang! Oh the ginger! This delicious variation includes “just right” ginger, with green onions, bell peppers, and cilantro along with chicken. Ginger is one of the many things that we love so much about Thai cooking.

Pad Puck Roum Mid Vegetarian | A light and savory sauce transforms this dish of fried tofu stir-fried with mushrooms, baby corn, zucchini, bell peppers, broccoli and onions. Topped with green onion. (V)

Pad Gra Prow Tofu — Basil Stir-fry | This vegetarian version woks up fresh hot peppers, bell peppers, garlic cloves and classic Thai basil with tofu — a party for your palette. (V)

Pad Pra Ram Vegetarian | This “for vegetarians-only dish” (you know who you are) sparkles with both flavor and protein. We serve up steamed mixed vegetables and deep fried tofu and top it with an incredible peanut sauce. Vegetarianism has its privileges. (V)

Gai Pad Broccoli | When the owner of a delicious Thai restaurant hints that this delicious broccolli and chicken stir-fry with creamy oyster sauce and subtle hints of garlic is possibly his favorite dish out of all the delicious things on this delicious menu, it’s a good bet this dish will be delicious.

Gai Pad Prik Khing — Ginger Curry Paste Stir-fry | What kind of Thai place would we be if we didn’t offer a curry-based stir-fry? Tender chicken stirred up with curry paste and green beans…yum. (SS)

Gai Pad Preaw Wan — Sweet and Sour Stir-fry | Check out the selection of fresh fruits and vegetables in this stir-fry! Tender chicken, wokked up with tomato, pineapple, zucchini, onion, green onion, cilantro and cucumber! A Thai take on sweet and sour — it’s a light, crisp dish that satisfies.

THAI STYLE SALADS

Gai Yang Salad — Barbequed Chicken Salad | A light, crisp lettuce salad topped with our renowned Gai Yang (BBQ chicken). Add some grape tomatoes and cucumber and your choice of salad dressing  (the incredible house dressing (Thai Style), Sweet Soy, or Peanut sauce dressing). And hey, we’re flexible—change out the Gai Yang for Moo Yang (BBQ Pork), then of course its Moo Yang Salad. Or if you want the perfect vegetarian salad swap the Gai Yang for Fried Tofu and its just as wonderful, except its called Salad Kak (meaning without meat). $6.95 Individual   $10.95 Family style (V) (S)

Som Tum — Green Papaya Salad | The classic Thai salad with shreds of juicy green papaya and whole shrimp. Toss in tomatoes and a sprinkling of ground peanuts. Don’t forget the limejuice. Now, add a bit of fish sauce (not too much), Thai chili, and it’s ready. Also served up with a side of sticky rice.  $5.95 Individual   $8.50 Family style (V) (SS)

Yum Goong — Thai Shrimp Salad | A delicious mix of the usual suspects (shrimp, tomatoes, onions, cucumber) with some new action: lime juice, Thai chile, cilantro, and mint leaf. We mix them all up together and garnish with fresh green lettuce leaf. $6.95 Individual   $10.95 Family style (V) (SS)

Yum Neua — Thai Style Beef Salad | So…what if we add grilled, thinly-sliced, lean tender beef to romaine lettuce leaves? Would it transcend salad making into a legitimate art form?  What if we added accents of mint, onion, Thai chili, and limejuice? Could Michelangelo have thought of this (with enough culinary training)? Maybe. But the sticky rice idea was totally ours. $6.95 Individual   $9.95 Family style (SS)

Yum Woon Sen | The name says it all…doesn’t it? Oodles of glass noodles, chunks of ground chicken, beef or pork (our owner, Blaine, says “the pork is my favorite!”) tossed with diced tomatoes, bits of crisp red onion, and cucumber slices drizzled in our soon-to-be-world famous lime juice sauce? Then sprinkled with whole peanuts, chopped green onions, bits of cilantro, Thai chili and mint? Does that sound like “Yum” to you? We thought so. $5.95 Individual   $8.95 Family style (SS)

Larb | Yes, that’s a “b”— Larb. Take your choice of chopped chicken, beef or pork served with crisp romaine lettuce leaves, accentuated with the niceties: Thai chile, cilantro, toasted rice powder, limejuice and mint leaf. And of course it comes with a side of sticky rice. $5.95 Individual   $8.95 Family style (V) (SS)

Pad Se-Iw | Come over to the dark side! These thick rice noodles revel in Thai sweet black sauce and wrap themselves possessively around wafers of stir-fried meat (your choice of chicken, beef or pork), broccoli and scrambled egg. $7.95

Guay-Teaw Lard Naa | Thick rice noodles in a savory light soybean sauce play nicely with wafers of stir-fried meat (your choice of chicken, beef or pork), scrambled egg and broccoli. $7.95 (V)

Guay-Teaw Pad Kee Mao – Drunken Noodles | It’s a slightly spicy version of the thick rice noodles we’ve been telling you about. We stir-fry your choice of meat (chicken, beef or pork) and mix it into the noodles, and season it with delicious oyster sauce, fresh Thai chile and garlic. We also throw in chopped mushrooms, chopped tomato, baby corn and Thai basil. It’s just “that” good.  $8.95 (V)

DESSERTS

Mango-a-go-go — Mango and Sticky Rice | Do you know the mango man? He only brings us mangos when they are in season, so we really look forward to his visits every year. When we do have mangos, we’ll slice it and eat half of it immediately, and tuck the other half inside a warm bed of sweet coconut milk sticky rice, and reluctantly serve it to you.  $5.95

Custard a-go-go — Custard and Sticky Rice | The custard man shows up all the time, so it’s easier to get this dish with custard instead of a mango. True, it’s tougher to tuck custard into a bed of sweet coconut milk sticky rice, but look beyond the technical aspect of it and just enjoy it. It really is delicious.  $4.50

Fried Bananas with Ice-Cream | Some people will fry anything – but until you’ve tried our fried bananas, you haven’t lived. We take ripe bananas and dip them in a special batter and then deep fry them ever so quickly, so the outside is crisp but the inside is soft and warm. We top it with a dab of sweet honey and yes, even a cherry on top. Then we add a scoop of coconut ice-cream.  $4.95
